Senior UX/UI Designer

Inita is building an AI-first business co-pilot to enable small businesses to effortlessly build, manage, and scale their online presence from web site building, social media, bookings and CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will help shape and evolve Inita’s product ecosystem.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A track record of designing super apps, ecosystems, or complex interfaces
• Design around B2C software or applications
• Proven success in launching and scaling at least two products from scratch.
• Experience in building and maintaining UK kits design systems.
• A user-first mindset — you make key decisions based on user behavior and motivation.
• The ability to balance big-picture thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
• English: B2 + (both written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in motion design.
• Experience in UX research and data collection.

Portfolio required. Applications without a portfolio showcasing relevant design work will not be considered.

What you'll do

• Design, prototype, and build various user experiences across Inita’s product ecosystem.
• Propose different approaches and concepts to solve user problems, with a willingness to pivot and revise based on analytical insights.
• Create a unified structure across the ecosystem and its sub-products to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with like-minded teammates from product, engineering, and business to deliver real value for users and the business.
