MDM Engineer (Microsoft Intune / Jamf / Azure AD)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and macOS at the administration level
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf in large-scale corporate or hybrid environments
• Proficient in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365, including:
• Experience implementing:
• Proficient in scripting:
• Experience with:
• Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher (reading technical documentation and communication in an international team)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune and Office 365 across globally distributed infrastructures, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Integrate with Azure AD and implement Zero Trust architecture:
• Manage device lifecycle and updates:
• Ensure endpoint security and privilege management:
• Manage application deployment and MAM policies:
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and bash scripts:
• Monitor and support infrastructure:
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Desktop Support teams
• Manage licenses: Monitor usage and plan procurement accordingly
