Requirements
- Experience working with IT asset management systems (e.g., CMDB, ITAM) and understanding of procurement processes
- Understanding of SLA principles, and ability to design escalation flows and perform first-level incident analysis
- Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews, including soft skills and competency evaluation
- Ability to analyze support team workload, plan for team growth, and optimize work processes
- Proficiency in Windows OS and macOS administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf – 3+ years in large-scale environments
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365:
- Experience implementing:
- Scripting skills in PowerShell and bash
- Knowledge of certificate management (SCEP/PKI), VPN/Wi-Fi profile configuration, and MFA setup
- Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2+ level (technical documentation and team communication)

- Deploy and manage apps and MAM policies:
- Automate processes using PowerShell, bash, and Microsoft Graph API (v1.0 and beta)
- Monitor and support infrastructure:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- License management:
