Requirements

  • Experience working with IT asset management systems (e.g., CMDB, ITAM) and understanding of procurement processes
  • Understanding of SLA principles, and ability to design escalation flows and perform first-level incident analysis
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews, including soft skills and competency evaluation
  • Ability to analyze support team workload, plan for team growth, and optimize work processes
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and macOS administration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf – 3+ years in large-scale environments
  • Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365:
  • Experience implementing:
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and bash
  • Knowledge of certificate management (SCEP/PKI), VPN/Wi-Fi profile configuration, and MFA setup
  • Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2+ level (technical documentation and team communication)

  • Automate processes using PowerShell, bash, and Microsoft Graph API (v1.0 and beta)
