QA Lead (DeFi / Trading / Web3)

We’re looking for an experienced QA Lead to own the entire testing strategy for a high-performance DeFi platform. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine deep technical QA expertise with strong organizational skills to ensure flawless product releases in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

✔️ About the Role:

You’ll lead the QA function across all product modules — from trading (Spot/Perps) and staking to crypto cards, push notifications, and provider integrations. The role involves setting the testing strategy, leading a QA team, and implementing automated testing pipelines to ensure stable, bug-free builds before release. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product managers to maintain the highest product quality.
 

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for all product modules (trading, staking, crypto card, notifications, integrations)

• Organize and manage the QA team: task allocation, deadline control, and quality assurance

• Develop automated tests for critical flows (registration without seed, transactions, PnL, crypto card API)

• Set up testing in CI/CD pipelines to ensure build stability before release

• Analyze bugs and collaborate with development and analytics teams to resolve issues
 

✔️ Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer

• Strong knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and Web3 products

• Hands-on experience with API, WebSocket, and blockchain integrations

• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, TestRail, Appium/Selenium, Git, Swagger
