International IT company Kiwitaxi is hiring a Partnership Development Manager (Digital, international).
For over 13 years, we’ve been helping travelers book reliable transfers across the globe. Our product has grown into one of the strongest in its segment, trusted by leading travel companies to provide seamless logistics and outstanding service to their clients.
As we continue to expand, we’re opening up a new direction focused on digital channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our B2B partner network through social networks, professional communities, niche groups, and other online platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and attract relevant international B2B partners (e.g., travel agents, coaches, online schools, travel companies, etc.);
- Engage potential partners through digital platforms such as Reddit, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others;
- Test different outreach strategies — from positioning and messaging to channel selection and engagement formats;
- Work closely with PR and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and track performance;
- Analyze outreach effectiveness and continuously optimize your approach;
- Build and maintain a community around our partners program — nurturing relationships and driving engagement;
- Evaluate partner performance and create tailored offers based on risk assessment and unit economics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in international B2B sales, partnership marketing, business development, or partner relationship management;
- Strong understanding of digital communities — how they operate, how to join the conversation, and how to build trust;
- Ability to build and manage a communication funnel — from initial contact to active partnership;
- Understanding of audience needs and the ability to adapt your approach accordingly;
- Fluent English (B2+ level, written and spoken) and native-level Russian (C2, written and spoken);
- Experience in travel or technology products for global audiences is a plus.
