Senior Python AI Engineer (AI agents, iPaaS)

📊 About the Product & Project:

• Enterprise-ready AI agent studio to empower users to interact with and automate complex business processes through intuitive chat interfaces
• The project leverages LLMs and AI agents to simplify enterprise-grade integrations, allowing the creation of agents that operate across 10s-100s of tools to solve real-world tasks

📌 What you’ll do:

• Drive the full product lifecycle: from architecture and design to deployment and continuous improvement
• Write clean, testable, and production-ready Python code, conduct code review
• Design, build, and enhance APIs and microservices for model serving; build and maintain middleware layers integrating LLMs with existing systems
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and product specialists, acting as a key connector between research and production
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-powered services

💼 What we expect:

• 7+ years of large-scale production development experience in Python
• Proven experience shipping ML-powered services into production; you understand the full lifecycle (data, training, deployment, monitoring).
• Solid knowledge of API design, distributed systems, and databases
• Feature-owning mindset suited for a fast-moving, startup-like environment
• Hands-on experience in integrating NLP/LLMs into production environments
• Fluent English

Nice to have(s):

• Experience building enterprise grade web applications
• Knowledge of agentic architectures and multi‑agent systems
• Experience building chat‑based agents or copilots
• Experience with open‑source LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and MLOps/LLMOps experience
