Proprietary CRM platform that empowers high-risk merchants to actively manage chargeback ratios, stay compliant with Visa’s VAMP, and reduce risk exposure. The system centralizes disputes and transaction data, automates compliance workflows, and provides real-time alerts—helping merchants avoid costly penalties, account freezes, and terminations.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Golang Developer with solid experience in fintech systems to join our engineering team. You will be working on the backend of CRM platform, focusing on microservices architecture, risk management features, and integration with payment processors. You will collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and compliant with financial industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang in a microservices architecture.
• Build APIs for transaction management, chargeback monitoring, and dispute workflows.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data consistency.
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with the product team to implement risk and compliance features tied to Visa/Mastercard programs.
• Integrate with third-party payment gateways and acquiring banks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure service reliability and compliance visibility.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in fintech environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of backend development experience with Golang.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schemas, indexing, query optimization).
• Experience with AWS services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience building microservices in production environments.
• Prior fintech experience is a must: payments, banking, risk systems, or chargeback management.
• Experience integrating with payment gateways, card networks, or compliance frameworks.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk transaction environments.
• B1+ level of English or higher, and experience in communicating with English-speaking customers

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard dispute flows and chargeback lifecycle management.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other financial compliance requirements.
• Exposure to fraud detection, scoring, or risk analytics systems.
