Experimentation Product is a Cloudflare Workers–based server-side experimentation and personalization platform. It lets teams run A/B tests, split experiments, and SEO-safe personalization without slowing pages or risking security.
Our niche is clear, the value is real — but setup takes thought.
That’s why we’re seeking a Growth Lead who can shape the story, drive adoption, and build scalable growth from the ground up.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B or startups, with proven success driving user acquisition and activation.
- Comfortable with direct outreach, cold messaging, and public speaking (podcasts, demos, communities).
- Strong ability to craft narratives that convert complex tech into business value.
- Independent, structured, and proactive. No micromanagement - just ownership.
- Basic understanding of web infrastructure (bonus if familiar with Cloudflare).
- Experienced in using LLMs and other tools to scale workflows.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (B2+).
Responsibility:
- Drive growth through targeted outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives across content formats.
- Build awareness through podcasts, social media, and simple, high-converting landing pages.
- Re-engage inactive users and run data-driven campaigns to boost activation and adoption.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to align messaging and showcase business value.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine scalable growth processes using AI-powered tools.
