As a B2C Sales Specialist (seasonal), you will focus on delivering a seamless and personalized sales experience for clients who have already booked transfers. You will leverage our CRM and pricing tools to cross-sell ski products efficiently, ensuring each interaction is clear, helpful, and friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers who have booked transfers
- Cross-sell Ski Passes and Ski Rentals using CRM and pricing tools
- Communicate through the customer’s preferred channel: phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Prepare personalized offers based on resort, dates, and group size
- Convert interested clients into paid bookings
- Maintain and update deals in CRM (Freshworks)
- Ensure every customer interaction is helpful, friendly, and professional
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Marketing on special cases
Required skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1–C2 required)
- Confident and persuasive phone communication style
- Experience in remote sales, telemarketing, or customer support
- Ability to work independently during high-volume season
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Freshworks, HubSpot, or similar)
- Quick learner: understanding pricing, resorts, and product logic
- Stable internet connection and remote work setup
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including some weekends
Strong Advantage:
- Knowledge of ski resorts, ski rentals, or Alpine destinations
- Experience selling travel, hospitality, insurance, or e-commerce
- Additional languages: German, French, Italian, Russian

- Base salary: 1,000 EUR per month + performance bonuses (uncapped)
