Account Manager | Remote
We are looking for an Account Manager to support and grow B2B SaaS clients in the iGaming industry. This role focuses on client success, retention optimization, and long-term partnership development.
Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Growth
• Onboard new clients: platform setup and client team training.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, understand their goals, and support them in achieving results.
• Monitor key client metrics (retention, deposits, GGR, DAU).
• Proactively assist with campaign optimization and platform configuration.
Revenue Expansion
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support clients in scaling their usage of the platform.
• Prepare case studies and client success stories.
Product Collaboration
• Collect and structure client feedback.
• Share insights with the product and development teams.
• Test new features and prepare client-facing materials.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare regular performance reports for clients.
• Present ROI and platform value.
• Maintain CRM records and client documentation.
Key Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience working with B2B SaaS clients.
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics and metrics (retention rate, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in iGaming, betting, or casino industries.
• Knowledge of retention and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with Customer.io, Braze, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of messenger bots (Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Technical background or experience with APIs and integrations.
