Project Manager (PM client-facing, DACH) 

We are international agency Xmethod. We build digital products on low-code/no-code platforms, and as we continue to grow, we're opening a key position on our team.

Who we're looking for:
An experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in IT, fluent German and English (C1), and (this is important!) real-world AI tooling proficiency in your daily work. We use Claude every day ourselves, and expect the same from you.

What you'll do:
1. Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
2. Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
3. Grow clients through upsales
4. Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries

What we offer:
€48,000-€72,000 per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects. Fully remote, European time zone, employment contract.
