About the Role
Join to build AI-native travel tech products.
We’re looking for a Product Builder — someone deeply curious about AI, obsessed with shipping, and excited to rapidly prototype and launch products using AI-native development workflows.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role, but prior Product Management experience is mandatory. You won’t spend your days writing endless specs or managing Jira tickets. However, you won't just be writing code either. You will own the entire lifecycle: from deeply understanding the customer's pain point, validating if the problem is scalable, choosing the smartest technical approach, building the MVP, and figuring out how to market it.
We’re looking for a hands-on builder who can move from idea → user validation → prototype → MVP using tools like Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, Lovable, APIs, and modern AI workflows. You understand that a great product is useless without distribution, and you know how to run lean marketing experiments to get your MVPs into the hands of real users.
What You’ll Do
- Talk to users to deeply understand their problems and validate demand before writing a single line of code or building an automation.
- Analyze the scalability and business potential of identified problems to ensure we are investing time in the right initiatives.
- Rapidly test ideas and ship MVPs independently, using sharp analytical thinking to choose the most efficient MVP approach (e.g., a no-code landing page vs. a fully automated n8n workflow).
- Design and execute lightweight marketing and distribution strategies to drive initial traffic and user adoption for the MVPs you build.
- Design and automate workflows across different business functions.
- Identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions.
- Work with APIs, AI agents, automations, and modern AI tooling.
- Collaborate directly with founders, the marketing team, and departments across the company.
- Turn ambiguous ideas into working products quickly.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations in startups, or similar builder roles.
- Possess high "Customer Empathy" and know how to conduct proper user interviews to extract real pain points.
- Understand the basics of performance marketing, SEO, or growth hacking to get early traction for your products.
- Actively use AI tools daily and genuinely enjoy experimenting with them (Claude, Cursor, n8n, Lovable, etc.).
- Have strong analytical frameworks for prioritization—you know how to kill a bad idea quickly based on data.
- Understand product thinking, user experience, and operational workflows.
- Are highly independent and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Thrive in startup environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Have a strong builder mentality and high ownership mindset.
- Know when to involve developers — but don’t depend on a full dev team to build and validate ideas.
This Role Is Probably NOT For You If…
- You prefer managing builders instead of building yourself.
- You love building features but hate talking to customers to see if they actually want them.
- You think "marketing and distribution" is someone else's job once the MVP is built.
- You need large teams to move projects forward.
- You’re more theoretical than execution-focused.
- You avoid experimentation or ambiguity.
