CRM / Retention Manager | Remote, Cyprus 

We’re looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention Manager to build and scale the full lifecycle marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to shape player engagement and retention from the ground up in a dynamic and fast-growing vertical.

✔️ About the Role:
You’ll develop and own CRM strategy across all player touchpoints – from onboarding and engagement to churn prevention and reactivation. We need someone deeply experienced in lifecycle marketing, automation, and compliance – ideally with a background in sweepstakes or social casino products for the US market.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Build and scale the full CRM ecosystem: Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram
• Design and manage lifecycle strategies: onboarding, loyalty, reactivation, VIP
• Own CRM calendar, campaign planning, segmentation, and frequency logic
• Launch and manage retention mechanics: tournaments, quests, gamified flows
• Create dynamic templates in Customer.io, Braze, or similar platforms
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CTIA, AMOE, and sweepstakes laws
• Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL and BI tools (PowerBI, etc.)
• Optimise performance across KPIs: D30 retention, ARPDAU, LTV:CAC, churn
• Collaborate with legal, product, VIP, and support teams to ensure messaging accuracy
• Continuously A/B test, refine user journeys, and optimise conversion funnels
• Stay current with CRM tech, trends, and best practices in US sweepstakes

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of CRM / Retention experience in US digital products (sweepstakes, social casino, or gaming) – required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming – required
• Proven track record of increasing player retention and lifetime value
• Advanced user of CRM platforms (Customer.io, Optimove, Braze, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cohort analysis, funnel metrics
• In-depth understanding of US legal frameworks (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CTIA, AMOE)
• Experience running multichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Fluent English (C1+), including strong copywriting and legal comprehension
• Data-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• EU passport or legal right to work and reside in Cyprus
