What You’ll Do
As a Campaign Manager, you'll be the engine behind high-performing outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads for our B2B clients. This is a strategic, execution-focused role where you'll:
- Research and analyse clients’ businesses to understand market size, Product-Market Fit (PMF), and Market-Messaging Fit (MMF)
- Collaborate with clients (mostly async, via Slack) to define and refine their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build precise lead lists based on ICP criteria using data scraping and enrichment tools
- Write thoughtful, conversion-driven cold email sequences tailored to each campaign
- Set up and launch multi-step outbound campaigns using Instantly
- Monitor campaign performance daily and iterate to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Own the full campaign lifecycle — from ideation, to iteration, to reporting — with clear accountability for results
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience running outbound cold email campaigns and/or other types of client acquisition campaigns end-to-end
- Strong copywriting skills for crafting high-converting cold outreach
- Proficiency in ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definition, market research, and lead list building
- Hands-on experience with Instantly, Apollo, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
- Practical use of ChatGPT or other AI platforms for research, copy, and process optimisation
- Strong data analysis skills for monitoring campaign performance and iterating for better results
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven remote work experience
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in B2B companies or agencies serving B2B clients
- German language skills
- Comfort in understanding email deliverability basics (DNS records, inbox warmup) — even if not directly managing them

Location & Hours
Fully remote with flexible hours. We just ask you to be reachable on Slack during the day and join a few calls each week in CET time.
