About the Global Transfers
**Global Transfers** is a fast-scaling B2B provider of ground transportation and sightseeing tours, helping travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, cruise companies, DMCs, and corporate clients manage transfers across 150+ countries.
We’re building the Booking.com of pre-booked ground transport - the most reliable and intuitive platform for connecting global travel players with high-quality, tech-enabled transfer services.
As part of Amitours Group, one of the largest and most established operators in the Alps with 20+ years of industry leadership and a fleet of over 5,000 vehicles, we’re now launching a major international expansion and shaking up an outdated $100B+ industry with smart tech, AI, and unbeatable service.

About the role
This is not just about posting on LinkedIn. You’ll use content as a scalable client acquisition channel - turning our team’s knowledge and POV into relationships, pipeline, and trust at scale. You’ll be speaking to decision-makers in online travel, mobility, and B2B operations - from OTA founders to ops leads and tech-enabled suppliers. Your content will do more than build reach - it will generate qualified leads through sharp messaging and thought leadership.
This is a part-time, fully remote role designed for someone who can deliver impact with focus and consistency.


Requirements

  • Proven experience using LinkedIn as a B2B marketing or sales platform
  • Solid understanding of ABM principles and outbound-oriented content
  • Strong written English; content samples required
  • Ability to communicate business value to B2B decision-makers
  • Sharp writing skills - persuasive, confident, but never pushy
  • Highly self-organized and proactive in execution

     

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused content strategy: corporate page + leadership profiles (CEO, Head of BD, etc.)
  • Write 2–4 posts per week: industry commentary, GT’s point of view, value frameworks, use cases, and bold takes on travel-tech trends
  • Transform input from internal interviews, recordings, and notes into sharp, strategic posts
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice: professional, confident, data-backed, insight-rich
  • Repurpose selected LinkedIn content for Facebook Business profiles to support visibility and trust with international B2B partners

LinkedIn Profile Optimization

  • Turn leadership profiles into strategic trust assets — optimized to convert profile views into conversations
  • Highlight real case studies, GT’s frameworks, and proof of execution (e.g. features like Featured section, About, links)
  • Align tone and structure with our outbound narrative — clarity, focus, and buyer relevance
  • Ensure every profile supports GT’s brand promise: operational excellence, tech-savvy, and commercial insight in B2B travel

Platform Activity (ABM & Outreach Support)

  • Support daily LinkedIn activity for key stakeholders:
    • Engaging with prospects, commenting, building visibility
    • Identifying relevant voices, resharing niche content
  • Help nurture leads across the buyer journey through consistent interaction
  • Coordinate visibility efforts: interviews, podcast guesting, webinars, AMAs

Community & Reputation Management

  • Monitor and engage in relevant communities (B2B SaaS, travel-tech, GTM strategy)
  • Build and reinforce the personal brands of GT leadership
  • Turn our team's POV into influence through consistent storytelling and signal-rich content
     

Conditions

  • Part-time role - approx. 15–20 hours per week
  • Fixed salary plus bonus & KPI-based incentives available
