I love my job. I’m characterized by responsibility, stress resistance and creativity. I’m an optimist to the core. I willingly take on new and interesting projects and see them through to completion. I work for the result. I have perseverance in achieving my goals. I manage to resolve conflicts and compromise. 

I’m an experienced IT Recruiter and Team Lead with more than 6 years of experience in recruiting specialists and senior managers, specifically within IT since 2021. 

My expertise covers the entire recruitment and HR process, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, market research, and candidate follow-up. 

I worked for IT agency as well as “in-house”. I closed successfully vacancies at the level of Technical Director, Development Team Leader, Solution Architect, DevOps, Analyst, Product manager and many others.

As a Team Lead, I have managed teams of recruiters, set clear tasks, monitored their performance, tracked progress, conducted individual meetings, and provided training for IT Recruiters.

I’m currently looking at new opportunities and only fully remote work, with no location-based work.

I ready to bring my knowledge, structured approach and drive to deliver results to a new team.
