Мои компетенции и опыт

I have over 7 years of experience in recruitment. I worked both in an agency and in a big tech company. For the last 4 years, I have been hiring IT specialists for infrastructure and product teams. My main focus is on engineers (DevOps, Linux, VOIP, networks, databases, storage) and developers (BI, C#, Database, ABAP).

I manage the full recruitment cycle: from receiving the hiring request to onboarding the candidate. I know how to build a clear hiring process with the hiring manager, speak the same language as engineers, share my experience, do peer reviews, and support the team.

I also worked as an HR BP for a team of 70 people. I helped with different tasks: offboarding, internal transfers, solving conflict situations, creating onboarding plans, analyzing pulse surveys, and tracking mNPS.

I especially enjoy working with technically complex roles, where it’s important not just to close the vacancy, but to understand who really fits the team.
