Over the past 3 years at a mid-sized mobile game development company (scale-up stage), I hired 60+ specialists across Engineering, Product, Design, and UA teams. I led 5–10 simultaneous tech and creative vacancies monthly, working with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Slack, and Telegram. I built and optimized the recruitment funnel for scale, led performance review cycles, conducted salary benchmarking, and handled onboarding, relocation, and exits.

Prior to that, I launched an R&D team (60 engineers) from scratch for a SaaS product company. I closed roles in backend (C++, Go), DevOps, QA, and Product, managed a team of 2 remote recruiters, and implemented structured hiring analytics in E-Staff. I worked closely with hiring managers to define requirements and shorten time-to-hire.

I specialize in sourcing hard-to-find candidates, building recruiting systems from zero, and handling hiring in fast-paced, distributed environments.
