Dear team.

I am an IT recruiter with experience in front-end development, who knows the IT sphere, teamwork, roles of team members and requirements for them. Would like to grow in IT recruitment and join a team to work remotely.

I'm currently working with an agency as a freelancer. I'm currently working on positions as CTO, Chief Business Development Officer, AI engineer, Product designer, Linux administrator, IT recruiter, and PHP developer.

I completed 8 weeks professional course "IT recruiter" and now I’m working as a freelancer.

During the course, I worked on test vacancies

- Web developers: back-end devs (Java, PHP, Python, Go), front-end devs (ReactJS, VueJS)

- Mobile developers: iOS devs (Swift, Objective-C), Android devs (Kotlin), Flutter devs (Dart)

- Devops engineers: Ci/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

- Database developers: MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL

- Data engineers: Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras), CV

- Automation and manual QA engineer

- UI/UX designers

- Project and product

My searching sources were:

By the end of the course, I had obtained skills:

- Identifying vacancy and hiring needs;

- Creating candidate profile;

- Assessment of vacancy competitiveness and market monitoring;

- Developing a candidate profile and sourcing strategy;

- Writing personalized letters to candidates;

- Initial candidate screening via telephone interviews;

- Video interviews, soft skills assessment, and candidate motivation assessment;

- Submitting a resume to the client;

- Supporting candidates through to the offer, working through counteroffers;

- Candidate pipeline analysis and adjustments.
