🔲 Built knowledge bases and process documentation, reducing employee test errors by 21%, and designed KPIs and operational processes to optimize team performance. Launched onboarding programs, trial days for recruiting team, cutting hiring time from 1 month to 2 weeks, and optimised candidate screening, lowering dropout rates from 15% to 5%. Recruited, trained, and onboarded employees, reducing probation-period attrition from 15% to 7%.
