Role Overview
We’re hiring a CRM/Email marketing specialist to build and lead our presence across key platforms. You’ll define our voice, drive community engagement, and boost brand awareness across the region and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies across email, push, chatbots, and messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Segment and analyze the customer base to increase loyalty, LTV, and average check
- Send newsletters, automated sequences, and trigger campaigns tailored to user segments
- Craft personalized offers and communications
- Conduct A/B tests, generate and validate new hypotheses to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate on creative briefs and review deliverables for copy, design, layout, and landing pages
- Analyze funnels (e.g., lead conversion, attendance), and own performance growth across CRM channels
- Prepare performance reports and data-driven recommendations for campaign and process optimization
Who You Are
- 1+ year of proven experience in CRM/email marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Mindbox, Unisender, Mailchimp, or similar
- Skilled in building emails with drag-and-drop builders; familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email layout
- Solid copywriting skills — able to write engaging subject lines and CTAs that align with the brand tone of voice
- Experience in funnel design and optimization, including for webinars or auto-webinars (a plus)
- Competent with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed; strong attention to detail
- English level B2+ or higher — capable of producing clear, grammatically correct content
