Inflencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for working with influencers in the Indonesian region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Implement an influencer marketing strategy in order to increase performance metrics;
• Search for and collaborate with niche and mega influencers on different platforms (YouTube/Telegram etc.);
• Ensure the regular launch of special projects with influencers (e.g. marathons, live streams, conferences) including сommunication with agencies and negotiation, document management, briefing preparation, and release supervision;
• Support global projects aimed at increasing brand loyalty and brand reputation;
• Initiate and manage new cross-functional projects (collaborations with SMM, PR);
• Interact with the team and integrate your channel into the overall regional strategy.

WE EXPECT 

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Ability to lead negotiations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
