Project overview:

Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a CRM administrator to customize amoCRM: creating and customizing funnels, automation scripts, fields, milestones, tags, checklists, robots, task and email templates.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has experience with amoCRM from 2 years: creating funnels and automations, understanding of CRM logic.
  • Knows how to customize integrations and widgets.
  • Has confident skills in working with Excel / Google Tables.
  • Accurate, attentive, has a systems mindset.
  • Understands business processes and is able to describe them in the form of linear flow.
  • We are looking for an employee who is highly organized and for him deadlines are not just deadlines, but an important benchmark to achieve results and ensure quality of work

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of APIs and automation logic.
  • Basic understanding of no-code development.

What will you do in this position?

  • Working with amoCRM: funnels, automation scripts, fields, stages, tags, checklists, robots, task and email templates.
  • Customization of widgets: selection of visual and restrictive solutions (timers, anti-doubles, prohibition of actions without a task, etc.).
  • Integrations: maintenance of current and implementation of new ones (ip-telephony, whatsapp (WABA, FB account) and email newsletters (smartlead), forms, etc.).
  • Work with requirements: participation in briefings with the business customer, gathering requirements, formation and realization of TOR.
  • Correctness control: checking scripts, automation, limits, logs and takes.
  • User support: handling questions, eliminating errors, explaining the logic of CRM operation.
  • Documentation: fixing settings and flow logic.
