We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to become part of our collaborative and supportive HR team. We work in a remote-first environment and value empathy, clarity, and thoughtful processes.
In this role, you’ll partner with managers and teams, support people operations, and help build a strong, healthy work culture. If you care about people, enjoy solving problems, and see HR as a strategic function — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR contact for specific teams: support managers, provide advice on HR-related matters, and ensure team alignment with company culture and goals
- Support employee relations: help resolve workplace issues and contribute to maintaining a positive and healthy team environment
- Lead onboarding and offboarding: ensure smooth integration of new hires and well-structured transitions for leavers
- Advise on HR policies, benefits, and employment-related questions
- Facilitate internal transfers and support career development across teams
- Lead change initiatives: ensure alignment and clear communication within teams during organizational changes
- Track and report on key HR metrics to support informed business decisions
- Plan and organize company events: coordinate team activities, celebrations, and company-wide events in a remote-first setup
- Handle internal communications: compile and share company updates via a monthly employee digest and other internal communication channels
- Support HR projects: contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and HR processes
- Temporary Office & Travel Coordinator (for 3 months during a teammate’s vacation): coordinate up to 5 business trips per month (via agency), order equipment for new hires, and assist with coworking space visits under corporate agreements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a People Partner / HR Partner / HR Generalist
- Proven experience in technology companies, ideally with mature or structured HR processes
- Hands-on knowledge of core HR processes and their impact on business
- Business acumen, you understand how HR strategy connects to company goals, or willingness to learn
- Analytical thinking and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to support both managers and team members effectively
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- High level of empathy, energy, and curiosity
- Strong critical thinking and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- A genuine sense of engagement and ownership – you care about your work, actively seek improvements, contribute ideas, and take initiative to solve problems
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Fluent in English (confident upper-intermediate or higher, you’ll be working with English-speaking colleagues)
