Graphic Designer

Human Lab is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join the team of our client — an ad network focused on crypto projects. The role is centered around the development of static and animated HTML banners for online advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone with strong visual skills, attention to detail, and experience in creating engaging digital ads.

Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated HTML5 banners for web advertising campaigns.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes.
• Prepare visual assets and export files in accordance with platform specs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the account management team and business assistant to develop visually compelling messaging.
• Optimize banners for performance (file size, loading time).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer.
• Understanding of animation principles and experience creating animated banners.
• Attention to detail, understanding of composition, typography, and digital layout.
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
• English B2.
