We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Growth to lead and scale our growth, demand generation, and events strategy, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Role Overview
As the Director of Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of our lead generation and demand generation programs. You will figure out and implement what works to sell our software products into dental groups and DSOs. You’ll also lead our presence at key industry events — both as sponsors/exhibitors and by producing our own annual flagship event — ensuring they generate tangible results.
This role requires a data-driven, creative, and scrappy leader with a proven track record of building and scaling growth programs in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in healthcare or dental markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the growth strategy to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue from dental groups and DSOs.
- Own the demand generation engine: paid media, email campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, and more.
- Build and manage a predictable, scalable lead generation process aligned with sales goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the company’s participation in trade shows and industry conferences — including booth strategy, sponsorships, and lead capture.
- Lead the planning and execution of our own annual customer & industry event to position our brand as a thought leader and generate pipeline.
- Identify and test new growth channels to reach and convert our target audience.
- Analyze and report on campaign and event performance, optimizing spend and tactics based on data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging, targeting, and offers resonate with the market.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, bringing innovative growth ideas to the table.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role driving growth/demand gen.
- Proven ability to scale demand generation and lead generation programs that deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong experience managing events and trade shows as both sponsor/exhibitor and host — with a clear focus on business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey in complex sales cycles, ideally with experience selling into healthcare or dental groups.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and scrappy — able to figure out what works in a nuanced market.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing software products to DSOs, dental practices, or in the broader healthcare RCM space.
- Prior ownership of an annual company event or conference.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools.
