We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to push game growth to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve UA strategy for games with long ROI cycles.
  • Plan, allocate, and track large monthly UA budgets.
  • Launch and scale campaigns across core platforms and rewarded networks.
  • Manage the acquisition funnel: from early tests to scaling successful hypotheses.
  • Optimize campaigns around key KPIs to maximize return.
  • Collaborate with BI to develop and apply predictive models in UA strategy.
  • Work closely with the creative team: brief writing, ideation, testing, and scaling top creatives.
  • Improve attribution and analytics processes (SKAdNetwork, MMPs).
  • Partner with product teams to drive LTV and monetization performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners: platforms, networks, and agencies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta: strategy and scaling.
  • Proven track record managing UA budgets of $1M+/month.
  • Experience with games featuring long payback periods.
  • Solid understanding of predictive models (LTV, ROAS).
  • Hands-on experience with IAP monetization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SKAdNetwork and attribution under privacy constraints.
  • Strong analytical background: Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and similar tools.
  • English proficiency for partner communication and working with analytics.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with puzzle/casual game genres.
  • Understanding of ASO and creative testing.
  • Familiarity with rewarded ad networks.
  • Basic knowledge of data science/ML for BI collaboration.
  • UA team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of F2P metrics: CPI, LTV, ROAS, and more.
