Growth Marketing Lead(Digital/Performance Marketing, b2b SaaS)

Industry: B2B SaaS/DaaS 
Markets: focus on EU and global markets

Mission:

Driving scalable revenue growth by defining comprehensive performance marketing strategy from ground up and executing it hands-on through performance marketing (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc) and high-ticket B2B lead generation (up to $100K deals). Owning the full funnel from acquisition to conversion, partnering with Sales&Product. Boost business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Redefine go-to-market for global markets.
• Performance Marketing Ownership: Upgrade and scale paid channels (Ads, Google, Programmatic, etc) while hitting CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Funnel Optimization: A/B tests, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
• Data & Attribution: Implement GA4, CRM tracking, and multi-touch attribution to measure incrementally.
• Team Leadership

Profile:

• Proven track record in scaling-up/boosting online sales/business growth scale-up (b2b SaaS).
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, and CRM analytics.
• Fluent in GA4, pivot tables, attribution models, and A/B testing.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in scale-ups (autonomy/ownership).
• Fluent English (EU/global markets experience mandatory).
