Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to ensure the stability and smooth operation of business-critical systems. In this role, you will handle technical issues across applications and infrastructure, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to applications, services and infrastructure components;
  • Monitor system performance and availability using enterprise-grade tools;
  • Perform in-depth log analysis and basic debugging to identify root causes of issues;
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems;
  • Participate in incident response and escalation processes, ensuring proper communication and follow-up;
  • Automate routine support tasks using scripts and internal tools;
  • Maintain and improve documentation related to known issues, troubleshooting steps, and runbooks;
  • Support release and deployment activities, verifying system health post-deployment;
  • Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and support workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support, application support or system operations role;
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments;
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data queries and troubleshooting;
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation and diagnostics;
  • Understanding of application architecture (e.g., APIs, databases, message queues);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team;
  • Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support as needed;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for both verbal and written communication.
