International IT company Kiwitaxi is looking for an Affiliate Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

Open-mindedness and a positive attitude come first;

Experience with CPA networks; building an in-house partner program for webmasters and influencers will be a strong advantage;

A results-driven mindset with the ability to organize processes efficiently without drowning in routine tasks; 

You’re not afraid to reach out to strangers by email and are ready to conduct demo calls with major international partners // Confidence in reaching out to strangers by email and readiness to conduct demo calls with major international partners;

Skill in managing and improving a lead pipeline through hypothesis testing, while meeting all follow-up deadlines;

English proficiency at B2 level or higher — our focus is on the international market, and partner communication will be in English

Experience with partner programs from the webmaster, media buyer, or similar side will be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage Kiwitaxi’s partner program, including sourcing and onboarding new webmasters and influencers. We already have measurable annual goals (number of orders, new partners, regular promotions), and we expect you to help us reach them by growing the affiliate channel. 

Work with CPA networks: onboarding new CPA networks and expanding our offer within them. You’ll be responsible for managing the CPA acquisition funnel and continuously expanding it;

Support existing partners by providing consultations, assisting with issue resolution, and reconciling monthly results; 

Independently identify growth opportunities for the affiliate channel.
