Now, we’re looking for a Technical Assistant who can help us organize, document, and maintain our digital workspaces — making sure our ideas turn into well-structured, accessible, and functional systems.

You’re organized, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools.
You enjoy taking messy ideas and turning them into clear, structured, and easy-to-use systems.

You’re not afraid to dive into platforms like Notion and Slack, experiment, and find better ways to keep work running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create, organize, and maintain project workspaces in Notion
• Structure databases, tables, and dashboards for ongoing projects
• Keep documentation clear, accessible, and up to date
• Set up and manage communication channels in Slack
• Ensure smooth access management and workspace organization
• Work closely with the team to turn ideas into structured, actionable spaces

What You Bring

• Strong skills in Notion and Slack
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain order in complex systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand a task from a brief and turn it into a complete solution
• Fluency in Russian and good working knowledge of English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with other project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Basic understanding of documentation standards and knowledge management
