Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager (ERP / CRM)

Location: remote

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a team working on ERP optimization and automation initiatives. This role focuses on structuring product processes and coordinating development to improve ERP workflows and operational efficiency.

 What You’ll Do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle: discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and adoption;
• Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive improvements in ERP processes and automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager;
• Ability to map and analyze business processes (BA experience is a plus);
• Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and technical constraints;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, model limitations);
• Experience with automation, AI agents, or intelligent systems is a plus;
• Experience delivering products focused on operational efficiency and process optimization;
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
