Operations and finance leader specializing in building scalable management systems for digital businesses. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in a digital agency where I helped scale the company from 20 to 80 employees while building the operational and financial infrastructure required for sustainable growth. My work focuses on designing management systems that allow companies to scale predictably and operate efficiently. Core areas of expertise: • operations management and business scaling • financial architecture and unit economics • KPI systems and predictive management models • organizational design and management structures • automation and digitalization of internal processes I lead administrative and operational teams including finance, HR, legal, customer success and production leadership. In addition to executive responsibilities I actively develop internal automation tools, including Telegram bots, Google Workspace scripts and internal web applications used to automate operational workflows. Our teams operate remotely across multiple countries, which requires strong operational systems and distributed leadership.
