Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is ready for challenges and has the ability to find new solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and support of the company's partner programs.
• Search and attraction of new partners.
• Maintaining and developing relations with current partners, conducting negotiations and agreeing on terms of cooperation.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of partner programs, preparation of reports and proposals for their optimization.
• Monitoring the market and competitive environment, searching for new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• At least 0.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or a strong desire to figure it out.
• Negotiation skills, ability to find an approach to people.
• A keen interest in affiliate marketing and a willingness to master new tools.
• Ability to organize work and set priorities.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with data and compile reports.
• English B2+

Nice to Have:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of online advertising and traffic acquisition.
• Experience communicating with international clients or partners.
