Enji.ai is an advanced engineering management platform. Born from the deep engineering expertise of Mad Devs and battle-tested on real-world projects, it is now a fully independent business on a mission.  

The company empowers the entire tech leadership chain—from C-level executives and finance teams to IT leaders and project managers—to make brilliant, data-driven decisions using AI-powered strategic insights, code metrics, and financial analytics.  

Required Experience: 

• Marketing & Outreach:

- Full ownership of strategy development in collaboration with the marketing team.  

- Validation of creative concepts and alignment of efforts to drive results.  

- Execution across channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, events, etc.), with a data-driven approach to budget management.  

• Full-Cycle B2B Sales:

- 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end B2B sales.  

- Ability to drive leads through the entire funnel: initial contact, product demos (conducted independently or with a product manager), negotiation, and deal closure.  

•Client Partnership & Growth (Account Management & Upselling):

- A closed deal is just the beginning. The candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring clients achieve exceptional success with Enji.ai’s platform.  

- They will proactively identify upsell opportunities—not as a sales tactic, but as a natural result of delivering measurable value.  

• Growth Budget Management: Independent oversight of the growth budget, with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making.  

• IT Project Management Experience: Hands-on experience managing IT projects, ideally with exposure to large-scale, complex products or teams.  

• Networking & Hypothesis Generation: Active participation in industry events, network expansion, and continuous testing of new client acquisition strategies.  

• AI-Powered Approach: Fluency in modern technologies, including LLMs, and the ability to leverage them for growth.  

• Language Proficiency: English (C1), Russian (B2).
